Maintaining a Safe Environment for Our Clients & Therapists:
In addition to the high standards of hygiene already practiced in our salon we have implemented additional hygiene practice and social distancing measures to protect the health and safety of clients and staff during this time of COVID-19.

In addition to the high standards of hygiene already practiced in our salon we have implemented additional hygiene practice and social distancing measures to protect the health and safety of clients and staff during this time of COVID-19.
- Ensuring hand sanitiser is provided for all clients and salon staff.
- Ensuring therapists thoroughly wash hands pre, during and post treatment.
- Being aware with hygiene standards ensuring all surfaces such as benches, floors, machines and product are cleaned with a medical grade disinfectant regularly during the day and between clients.
- Ensuring all towels are newly laundered and fresh between each client, where towels necessary.
- Ensuring removal of all bed linen from rooms where necessary.
- Ensuring extra vinyl sheets applied in all beds for easy clean in between clients.
- Following an end of day CODIV19 safe checklist to ensure all areas have been cleaned and sanitised for the following day’s trade.
- Ensuring disposable towels for face mask remove (once allow to do face).
- Ensuring social distancing requirements are followed to and limiting the number of people in salon.
- A protective face mask must be worn at all times upon entry and throughout your treatment.
An Additional standards implemented since the outbreak of COVID-19, include:
- Hand sanitiser station is setup next to entry door so clients can sanitise their hands on arrival.
- Checking in with our therapists and clients daily to ensure they are healthy and well and have not been in close contact with COVID-19 positive case, or waiting for COVID-19 test results.
- Requesting contactless payment transactions where possible.
- Requesting to reschedule appointments if anyone is unwell.
- Recording contact details of clients on arrival as per government requirements.
