Terms & Conditions

Dear Loyal Customers,

We know that things come up and sometimes appointments are difficult to keep. We endeavor to give you the best treatment and experience that we can offer you for the time you are here. In order to do this, it is essential to have a policy that will allow us to provide an excellent service.

Our cancellation policy will now be enforced to prevent clients missing out through the actions of others.
  • cancellations will require 24 hours notice. This allows another client to use your appointment time and not miss out.
  • clients who continually cancel will be required to provide credit card details to hold the booking or pay for the appointment upfront. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your credit card.
  • Arriving late may mean that the treatment may be shortened or some treatments not being able to be done at all. This is to ensure that the next client is not left waiting because a client has not been able to make their appointment on time.

We want you to enjoy your experience here and these policies will help us to do that. By making an appointment time, you are agreeing to abide by these conditions.

Help us provide a relaxing environment, where rushing doesn't exist and you can leave knowing that the time allocated to you was for you only and you don't miss out.

Kind Regards,
Management.
